Found on google maps streetview. Appears that there is a picture of Ramsay and Mixing bowl team in window of restaurant.

I couldn’t believe it when one of the waitresses said that jerk manager kept half, HALF of the waitresses tips. What?!?! Not right, not ethical. That’s the bulk of a waitperson’s income, and for the owners to let him take half is no better than condoning robbery!!!

mike is sketchy! should not be taking tips from the people that actually work!! He is fat and lazY!!! I would have fired him for talking to my spouse like that! he’d be lucky if I didnt slap him !! Who does he think he is? Other than fat?? I dont see anything. The wife should be running the place. she has the brains for it….Mike should be fired if he hasnt. hes a fat ass fag

When I was going to college one friend’s mother worked as a waitress in a very high-end restaurant in Miami (about 1971). He said tips were so good she wasn’t paid and turned over a portion of them to the restaurant to work there.
I’ve heard that practice has since been prohibited, but don’t know.

I read that the resturant is closed as of Jan. 2009 and that the owener of The Mixing Bowl is now a consultant…
