Really good site you got here. To be honest, I am surprised how many of the restaurants actually survive. They’ve pretty much gotta be in a hole to call Ramsay to begin with.

I was watching some KN USA and the restaurants were The Handelbar and Trobianos. Any word on these restaurants, and I will be honest I never saw these shows aired.

I like the UK version much better and I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Why do they have to make the American version so dramatic and why doesn’t Gordon narrate the episodes himself. You can tell the American’s can’t take constructive criticism…anyhow I’ll continue to watch but I wish you’d make the US version similar to the UK version…

Plane Food. We had the occasion to be at Heathrow Terminal 5 for several hours this past Saturday. Wandering aimlessly we happened upon your Plane Food restaurant. The standard for any fare at an airport restaurant is “How bad can it be?” We were delighted at what we found. The Mushroom Orichette (sp?) and the Pumpkin Risotto were superb. The half sizes were terrific and the Macon Fuisse was a fine accompaniment to the light meal. The staff was attentive and the manager managed to intercept four toughs who he convinced belonged in the pub and not your establishment (much to our relief). We were also delighted when the bill came; we realized that we had received great food at a good value. Airport terminals are not our first choice to spend time awaiting departures, but your restaurant, food and staff made the time spent delightful. After watching so many of your shows, it was a treat for us. Thank you.

I would love for Kitchen nightmares to come to our location in suburban dc. What a great oppurtunity for Gordon to come to Washington dc. We are in the process of filling out our application. Hope to hear from you soon.

I think Mr. Ramsay does a good job at rooting out the problems at these restaurants and does not mince words. Some of these places he has shown are absolute pits, and it’s a miracle people haven’t died from eating at some of them! Mr. Ramsay has a natural affinity and passion for cooking, and I think is an asset to any restauranteur who wants to run a quality eating establishment.

Fiesta Sunrise in West Nyack didnt make it very long after Ramsay. I pass it on my way to work, all the signs are gone or covered including the new awning. Not very surprising

I don’t feel sorry for the loudmouthed pig Americans! Most are filthy slobs and could kill people feeding them rot. They are big on ego’s and small on talent like most loudmouthed Americans-they deserve to fail because they cannot take any suggestions. BIG FAT HEADED LOUD PIGS.

Mr. Ramsay, I know of a restaurant in South Florida, a small bistro, that needs your help desperately. The staff has asked me to contact you and ask you to go to the bistro and see what can be done. I ordered the fruit there one day and it was rotten. Oh, and Allen King, not all Americans are that way. That’s a generalizaton, like all Brits have bad teeth and most Europeans have body odor. We have a word for that, PREJUDICE.

This big fat-headed loud American pig (did I miss anything?) is curious about something.
Frequently in the original (and far superior) UK edition, “Uncle Ben’s” sauces appear in kitchens. What is the story? Here in the States, Uncle Ben’s is mainly known for “converted” (quick-cooking) rice, and various prepackaged rice dishes. Not sauces, and certainly not the restaurant-sized sauce containers that we see on the show.
Please tell me that you Brits don’t keep your shelves stocked with Uncle Ben’s Teriyaki sauce? Please?
